Start with What You Know
Faculty-led programs often begin with only a few basic parameters: an academic theme, a destination of interest, a preferred time of year, or simply an idea for what students might gain from being in the region.
Our planning form asks for basic information about your program idea, including your academic focus, preferred locations or regions, approximate dates and length, anticipated group size, and any activities, travel, or academic components you already have in mind. Estimates are fine at this stage.
What Happens Next
Once we receive your information, a member of the SRAS team will review your ideas and follow up to discuss the program. From there, we can work with you to refine the concept, identify appropriate locations and resources, consider program structure and logistics, and begin developing an itinerary and budget.
Program development is collaborative and can evolve as your academic goals, institutional requirements, student audience, and other details become clearer.
