These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the SRAS website, including sras.org and webpages operated as part of the SRAS website (collectively, the “Website”). SRAS is a trade name of Alinga Group, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation (“SRAS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Your use of the Website is subject to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Website.

These Terms of Use apply to use of the Website and its content. They do not govern participation in SRAS study abroad programs, faculty-led programs, internships, or other services.

Applications for and participation in SRAS programs may be subject to separate terms and conditions, agreements, policies, releases, codes of conduct, and other requirements. Where those documents apply, they govern the participant’s relationship with SRAS with respect to the applicable program or service.

2. Website Information

SRAS provides the Website primarily for informational and educational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and useful information, but we do not guarantee that all information on the Website is complete, current, or free from errors.

Program offerings, dates, itineraries, academic arrangements, costs, housing, excursions, partner institutions, entry and visa requirements, government regulations, travel conditions, and other information may change.

Information provided directly to applicants or participants in connection with a specific program may update or supersede information appearing on the Website.

Information concerning visas, immigration requirements, travel regulations, health and safety conditions, government policies, and similar matters is provided as a general resource and should not be considered a substitute for current information from the relevant government agency or other authoritative source.

3. Educational and Noncommercial Use of SRAS Content

Unless otherwise indicated, written content created by SRAS and published on the Website is owned by Alinga Group, Inc. and protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We encourage appropriate use of SRAS educational resources. You may link to SRAS content and may quote or reproduce reasonable portions of written SRAS content for personal, academic, classroom, research, and other noncommercial educational purposes, provided that SRAS is appropriately credited and the use does not imply SRAS endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

Substantial republication, systematic reproduction, commercial use, resale, redistribution, or incorporation of SRAS content into commercial products or services requires prior written permission from SRAS.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that may otherwise exist under applicable law, including fair use.

4. Photographs, Video, Logos, and Third-Party Materials

The permission for educational and noncommercial use described above does not automatically extend to photographs, video, illustrations, maps, graphics, logos, trademarks, or other visual materials appearing on the Website.

Such materials may be owned by SRAS, used with permission, licensed from third parties, or subject to additional rights and restrictions. You may not use automated systems to systematically scrape, extract, download, reproduce, or compile substantial portions of Website content without prior written permission from SRAS.

You may not use SRAS Website content to train, develop, or substantially enhance a commercial artificial intelligence or machine-learning model, dataset, or similar commercial system without prior written permission.

These restrictions are not intended to prohibit ordinary indexing by generally available search engines, accessibility technologies, or reasonable noncommercial academic research that otherwise complies with these Terms and applicable law.

These Terms of Use and any dispute arising from or relating to the Website or these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.
