We are pleased to announce the publication of the fourth scholarly volume bringing together a unique series of research papers by talented students – participants in the Security and Society in the Information Age program held at Collegium Civitas University in Warsaw, Poland.
This program is organized jointly by SRAS and Collegium Civitas and is composed of summer school courses, semester or academic year study abroad opportunities, as well as an optional internship organized by the Terrorism Research Center (TRC) – a leading think tank and research unit within Collegium Civitas.
The journal is a collaborative work published by the Terrorism Research Center in professional volumes. Focusing on changing paradigms in security, the students and their expert mentors provide insight into modern issues such as cybersecurity and information security, propaganda and fake news, cryptocurrency, radicalization, democracy, and the role of the mass media in shaping public opinion.
Contributors also to seek solutions and each paper is accompanied by recommendations for administration, policy makers and for each of us – living in modern societies confronted with various security threats.
