SRAS Application System to Undergo Maintenance

Dear Colleagues and Students,

SRAS’ application system will undergo an annual maintenance event scheduled over the holiday break.

The maintenance is scheduled to commence on Saturday 22/12/2018 at 01:00 GMT and will continue through to Wednesday 26/12/2018 11:59 GMT.

Please expect the system to be down for at least most of this period. We apologize for the extended period of downtime.

The annual maintenance will see a major server upgrade to better serve you and should result in faster response times and page loads and greatly enhanced security firewalls and infrastructure as well as other upgrades and improvements.

Josh Wilson

Josh lived in Moscow from 2003-2022. He first arrived to study the Russian language at MSU through SRAS. He holds an M.A. in Theatre and a B.A. in History from Idaho State University, where his masters thesis was written on the political economy of Soviet-era censorship organs affecting the stage. At SRAS, Josh assists in program development and is also the editor-in-chief for the SRAS newsletter, the SRAS Family of Sites, and Vestnik: The Journal of Russian and Asian Studies. In addition, he has served as Communications Director to Alinga Consulting Group (Now Bellerage) and has served as a consultant or translator to several businesses and organizations with interests in Russia.
