Program price includes those items as outlined on each individual program description.

Group program price does not include airfare; passport expenses; accident and baggage insurance; meals other than specified; personal expenses such as laundry and telephone calls; excess baggage charges; late fees, express mail charges, and other expenses incurred due to delays on the part of the participant.

Course hours referenced are "academic hours" of 40-45 minutes each.

All courses, unless otherwise specified, are conducted in the Russian language.

SRAS (Alinga Group, Inc.) in providing student enrollment services to study abroad programs at institutions in the Russian Federation, Kyrgyzstan, and Ukraine, acts solely as an agent for its partner institutions. By applying to enroll in and by making payment, you have entered into a contract with the corresponding educational institution. SRAS provides application, visa, payment, and student orientation and support services as outlined, but is not obliged to provide further services to the applicant, unless otherwise noted. Upon enrollment, the applicant becomes a full member of the academic community of the host institution.

Prices are quoted in US dollars. Rates are based on tariffs now in effect and are subject to change without notice, should prices increase beyond our control. While we will do everything possible to maintain the listed prices, if it is necessary to levy a surcharge, notification will be given at the time of final invoicing.

Payments are to be postmarked by the appropriate deadlines. SRAS/Alinga Group, Inc. does not take responsibility for negotiating with financial aid departments or other scholarship, grant, or loan sources for the release of funds. Written support materials will be provided, as needed, for funding applications and payment deadlines may be extended with appropriate documentation from the funding source. Visa processing begins after full payment. Late fees for rush processing due to late payment or reception of visa processing materials are the responsibility of the participant.

Cancellations. Notice of cancellations must be received in writing. A final cancellation date, before which you may receive a full refund less the non-refundable deposit and any additional administrative expenses incurred is set for each program (generally 30 days before program starts) and is noted in the Contract. Refund information for cancellation after this date is also included in the Contract.

Programs are subject to modification and change by SRAS/Alinga Group, Inc., host academic institutions, individuals, or companies working with SRAS/Alinga Group, Inc. Every effort will be made to carry out programs as planned.

Failure to report all institutions attended may invalidate this application or result in dismissal if admitted.
