Business Internship From SRAS and Alinga Consulting Group Summer, 2009The School of Russian and Asian Studies, in cooperation with partner company Alinga Consulting Group, is proud to announce paid internships in Moscow, Russia. Internships are offered in two areas: Sales and Marketing – The internship will focus on client management and marketing. Specific duties will include facilitating sales, drafting proposals, attending networking events (such as those hosted by the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia), and facilitating communication between the clients and employees of an international company. Finance and Operations – This internship will focus on company day-to-day operations and improvements. Specific duties will include assisting the COO with employee communications, financial and performance analysis, translation, presentations, and other special projects. The compensation package (for either internship) will include visa and housing assistance, a living stipend, and may include Russian lessons based on the needs of the chosen applicant. Internships will last 90 days - with a possibility to turn into full time positions based on intern performance and available company resources. The internships will start in the summer of 2009, the specific start date is flexible depending on the needs and availability of the chosen candidates. Applicants MUST: Be native speakers of English. Have some knowledge of Russian. Strong writing and communication skills in English. Be a US, EU, and/or Russian citizen.

This program does not - any Russian lessons provided will be paid for as part of the compensation package from Alinga.
