Direct Enrollment
in Russian Universities

Direct Enrollment in Russian Universities: Biology Class at TulGU.
Direct Enrollment in Russian Universities: Extracurricular activities at MPEI
Direct Enrollment in Russian Universities: Computer Class at SPbGU
Direct Enrollment in Russian Universities: Sight Seeing in Moscow
A Direct Enrollment Option is possible with SRAS Partner Universities. With this form of enrollment, SRAS provides assistance with program and school selection and assists with application and enrollment procedures.

In providing application and enrollment services, SRAS acts solely as an agent of the admissions office of SRAS Partner universities. Upon enrollment, you are a full member of the university community. There are several types of enrolment under this option - click on the heading for more information.

Visiting Scholar
Essentially this gives you the status of a non-degree seeking student at the university of your choice. You will enroll in classes with Russian students. This program is highly flexible and will give you access to materials and archives for research that would normally be closed to the general public. Some classes available in English.

Degree Programs
Russian degree programs and universities are recognized around the world.  SRAS will help you to choose the university and program that is right for you. We will help you navigate the bureaucracy to enroll, to obtain a visa and housing, and provide ongoing assistance during your degree and afterwards. Some courses available in English.

Language Study
Enroll in one of our partner university’s language programs and still receive SRAS support and orientation packages. For independent students who either need custom courses  or do not want the additional cultural programming of RSL and FSA programs.

University Preparatory Courses
These yearlong courses are designed to instill full Russian competency in one academic year, even if you have had no prior experience studying Russian. Designed for those students preparing to enter some of Russia’s most prestigious institutions, but open to all students, this program also offers specialized vocabulary and classes in your subject in Russian.
